Information you provide
DocuWrench stores your account email, business and technician names, and the jobs, customer and equipment records, forms, invoices, receipts, photos, signatures, notes, prices and team membership you choose to add. For Apple subscriptions, we store the verified product, transaction identifiers, renewal status and account binding needed to provide access. Apple handles payment details. For Google Play subscriptions, we store the purchase token, product and base-plan identifiers, verified access period and status, and an account identifier hashed for purchase ownership. Google Play handles payment details. Device recovery copies can remain on the device. Camera and photo library access are requested only when you use the corresponding feature.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, keep and organize paperwork, calculate job amounts and estimated earnings, create documents, synchronize authorized team workspaces and enforce package limits. Team members can access business records according to their assigned roles. Customer paperwork can be shared by you through your device’s share or print controls.
Service providers
Supabase provides account authentication. The app hosting platform and its storage providers process saved jobs and files to run the service. Apple handles eligible App Store subscriptions; Google handles eligible Google Play subscriptions. We do not sell your job or customer data or use it for advertising. The optional local form reader processes images on your device; the conversational AI feature is not active.
Storage and deletion
Records are kept while your account or business workspace is active. From More → Workspace & package → Account & privacy, you can initiate deletion of your account and individual saved records. A sole-member business owned by that account is also deleted. Business records in a workspace owned by someone else remain with that business when you leave it. Copies you already exported or shared to other apps are outside DocuWrench’s control. Some operational backup copies may remain temporarily according to hosting providers’ backup schedules or legal obligations.
