Your records
You are responsible for reviewing job details, rates, taxes, estimates, invoices, pay rules and completed documents before relying on or sending them. DocuWrench helps organize and calculate paperwork; it does not provide tax, accounting, legal or payroll services, process wages, or collect customer invoice payments.
Business workspaces
The business owner manages member access and pay rules. An office member can prepare billing; a mechanic sees assigned jobs and their own estimated earnings. A business should keep its own copies of records needed for its operations or legal obligations. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
Packages and availability
Saving a package choice does not start a trial or charge you. When Apple checkout is available, Apple shows the price, trial eligibility and renewal terms before you confirm a base-package subscription. Add-on selections are requests only until separately offered through checkout. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your device’s subscription settings; deleting your DocuWrench account does not cancel it. Features may require an active package after the beta. We may pause access for abuse or security reasons while keeping existing records available for export where reasonably possible.
When Google Play checkout is available, Google Play shows the final price, any eligible trial and renewal terms before confirmation. Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Google Play purchases remain unavailable until testing and setup are complete.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period unless Apple refunds or revokes the purchase. DocuWrench does not provide prorated refunds for early cancellation of monthly or yearly plans. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Refund eligibility and statutory rights are not limited by these terms. For App Store purchases, use Apple’s refund request service.
For Google Play purchases, cancellation stops the next renewal; verified access continues until the paid period ends unless Google refunds or revokes the purchase.
